We’ve answered some of the most common aroma system questions we get so that you can easily find the answers you’re looking for. Learn what makes our diffusers the safest fragrance delivery system for your home or business, as well as tips on proper care and answers to basic questions about aromatherapy.

What is a cold air diffuser and how does it work?

The cold air diffusion system is the world’s most advanced nanotechnology in the scent marketing industry, and is what helps us create the best scent machines for home and business use. It is designed to produce the best scent experience by delivering the pure essential oil as a dry mist with NO residue. The compressor inside the system converts the oil into nanoparticles by using cold air pressure. This is the healthiest process of diffusing oils into the air, while keeping the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils.

What is the best way to install an aroma system?

Our aroma systems can be installed in 3 different ways:

Connected directly to your HVAC system via a special pipe included in the original packaging to utilize the airflow in your ducts
Wall-mounted using the parts included in the original packaging
As a stand-alone or portable unit placed on the floor. (The TMS F1 can also be used in your vehicle’s car cup holder.)

Must my HVAC system be turned on when using the aroma diffuser with my HVAC system?

Yes. Turn the HVAC system FAN to the ON position to ensure the scent continues to circulate throughout your space.

Is there any risk of damage to my HVAC unit, furniture, artwork or equipment?

Our systems distribute the scent as an almost invisible and very thin dry mist so there is NO risk of damaging the filter, coils or any parts of the AC unit or to your furniture, artwork, or equipment.

What settings and features are included with the system?

Fully programmable cycle with digital display
Automatic Start/Stop option
Multiple fragrance intensity levels
Ability to “multi-task” – runs up to 3 different programs per day. For example: light in the morning, mild at noon, strong at night

How do I clean and maintain the system if I spill oil on it when refilling the bottle?

Since our essential oils are undiluted, you should clean the area with rubbing alcohol. Please take care of the system and be careful when refilling the bottle with oil.

Which aroma system is the most appropriate for me?

Your choice of aroma system will depend on the square footage of your space and the number of AC units you have. We will be glad to assist you in making your choice. Contact us by phone or via email at [email protected]

How do I choose which essential oil to buy?

You can order our sample package via our online store at themagicscent.com to try all the scents available in our collection. If you still need assistance in making your choice, please give us a call for professional advice.

If I switch from one scent fragrance to another, do I have to clean the bottle?

No. It is not necessary to clean the bottle. About 5 minutes after the scent has been changed, you will smell the new fragrance. But in case you need to clean anything on the system or in the bottle, please ONLY use rubbing alcohol.

How long does one bottle of scent last?

If you set the system to run from 8-10 hours/day on a middle intensity level the scent bottle will last approximately for a month. But the exact length of time may vary depending on the settings you have on.
